Cancellation, Credit & Refunds Policy​

• Please note as soon as a booking and payment has been made our policy applies

• Where a customer changes their mind after booking, any refund will only be issued with 7 days notice prior to the start of the block or workshop. Refunds will incur a 10% fee of the total paid.

• In the case of cancellations within 7 days of the block of Classes or Workshop, a credit note towards a future block of classes or workshops may be issued at Art with Ali's discretion. ​

• Art with Ali clearly states which age is suitable for which Classes and Workshops. Classes and Workshops are targeted at specific age groups. Please do not book if your child is not in the age range without discussing with Art with Ali first. Art with Ali is unable to refund a class if the child is not at the recommended age​.

• If you or your child are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact Art with Ali as soon as possible via email or phone. Credit can be arranged for a future date. Art with Ali cannot offer refunds due to illness.

• Credit can not be offered in the case of non-attendance without prior notice at a Class or Workshop ​​​

• No refunds or credit notes can be issued due to a child attending a Class or Workshop but not wanting to participate

• Customers will be notified as soon as possible about any sessions cancelled due to the fault of Art with Ali. Art with Ali will attempt to reschdeule the missed Class or Workshop in the first instance. If this is not possible, Art with Ali will in the first instance offer you a transfer to another Class or Workshop or a credit note towards a future Workshop. If none of the above are possible, you shall be entitled to a full refund of fees paid 

• Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, other payment details will be required.

• Payments made by gift voucher will be refunded by issuing of a replacement gift voucher of the same value

Bookings

 

Ali's Art Club

​

• All blocks Ali's Art Club must be paid for in advance via the website bookings system unless otherwise agreed with Art with Ali

• ​Blocks of classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. However, advanced notice is given to the parents of current students in the first instance, and subsequently to those on the waiting list. Finally, booking is open to the public

• Each block of classes constitutes a standalone course. Thus, no missed sessions can be carried over into the next block. However, to avoid missing a class, children can move between classes in the same week when agreed with Art with Ali​​​​​

• As soon as a class becomes full, new enquiries will be asked to complete a Taster Sessions form and placed on a waiting list. The parent/carer at the top of the waiting list will be given notice when a space becomes available and will have the opportunity to secure a place for their child before booking is opened to the public. If the first person on the waiting list declines, the opportunity to book will be offered to the next person and so on. If there is no waiting list for a particular class, booking will be made open to the public once a space becomes available

• Art with Ali offers Taster Sessions at Ali's Art Club where there is availability. The fee will be the price of one session on the chosen course. To book a Taster Session, the customer must pay upfront via the website for a 5-week block, If the child does not wish to continue for the remainder of the block, a full refund on the remaining four weeks of the block will be issued

• Aprons are not provided by Art with Ali. If you wish your child to wear an apron, please send them to class with one. However, even if a child is wearing an apron, Art with Ali can not accept liability for any stains on clothes. although Art with Ali will attempt to spot-clean at the time. Children are welcome to change from school uniform to old clothes on arrival in the privacy of the bathroom.

• If a child has additional needs and would like to join a class, Art with Ali will do everything possible to accommodate them. However, if a child cannot safely be included  in the class, Art with Ali may insist additional resources are provided such as a parent or carer staying with the child​

• Squash/milk and biscuits are offered to the children at break times unless Art with Ali is informed otherwise

• All work created by the child must be taken home 

• Once a child is booked onto a course, parents/carers are added to the Art with Ali parents/carers' Whatsapp group so Art with Ali can communicate with them concerning any changes, cancellations, news or upcoming workshops

• ​Children must be collected by an adult at the end of the class/course/workshop. If your child is walking home alone or meeting you outside, please give Art with Ali permission  via WhatsApp, email or SMS at the beginning of the course​​​

Holiday Workshops for children

• All Holiday Workshops must be paid for in advance via the website bookings system unless agreed otherwise with Ali

• ​Holiday Workshops are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. However, current customers of Ali's Art Club are given direct notice of upcoming workshops via the parents/carers' Whatsapp group

• Children should wear appropriate clothing. Art with Ali does not provide aprons. If you do send your child with an apron, please note that aprons are often insufficient to protect clothes and Art with Ali cannot accept liability for any damage to your child's clothing​

• ​Children must be collected by an adult at the end of the class/course/workshop. If your child is walking home alone, please give Ali permission via WhatApp, email or SMS at the beginning of the course

Pencil, Pen, Paint

• All blocks of Pencil, Pen, Paint must be paid for in advance via the website bookings system unless otherwise agreed with Art with Ali

• ​Blocks of classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. However, advanced notice is given to current students in the first instance, and subsequently to those on the waiting list. Finally, booking is open to the public

• Each block of classes constitutes a standalone course. Thus, no missed sessions can be carried over into the next block. However, to avoid missing a class,  learners can move between classes in the same week when agreed with Art with Ali​​​​​

• As soon as a class becomes full, new enquiries will be asked to complete a registration form and placed on a waiting list. Those at the top of the waiting list will be given notice when a space becomes available and will have the opportunity to secure a place on the course before booking is opened to the public. If the first person on the waiting list declines, the opportunity to book will be offered to the next person and so on. If there is no waiting list for a particular class, booking will be made open to the public once a space becomes available

•  Art with Ali can not accept liability for any stains on clothes

• All work must be taken home. Due to storage considerations, Art with Ali may have to dispose of work left behind for longer than three months

• Once you are booked onto a course, you will be added to a class Whatsapp group so Art with Ali can share teaching resources and also communicate with you concerning any changes, cancellations, news or upcoming workshops​

Workshops for Adults

• All Holiday Workshops must be paid for in advance via the website bookings system unless agreed otherwise with Ali

• ​Workshops are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. However, current customers of Pencil, Pen, Paint are given direct notice of upcoming workshops via the class Whatsapp groups

• Please wear appropriate clothing. Art with Ali does not provide aprons. Art with Ali cannot accept liability for any damage to your clothing​
